Getting Away To Remember

September 12th was our 3rd baby's due date. Jason took me away for the day! It was nice to escape reality and get away. We went to breakfast at Mimi's and headed up the hill to hike in the woods. It was a lovely, but also hard time for us as well. God is getting us through this season, but the loss still remains fresh in our minds!

Malachi is starting to enjoy his alone time with his mommy. He has such a funny personality. He keeps me laughing all day long!

Trash trucks are his favorite right now. Every trash day we spend quite a lot of time outside watching all the trash trucks come by. Malachi loves it!

We had a wonderful time with Jason's dad and his wife. The kids always enjoy playing with Grandpa and they love eating fresh fruit that Grandma Mary always provides. Thanks for a nice and fun weekend!

First Day of School!

Leah's first day of Preschool! She was so excited that she didn't even say goodbye to me. Malachi on the other hand cried because he didn't want Leah to go.

We stopped by Nana and Papa's house to show them how pretty Leah looked for her first day of school!

The last morning of summer vacation before school starts, my sister, sister-n-law, and I take our kids to IHOP for a last "howrah" of summer vacation!
